I have to give this product a five stars. I have been trying do many neck massager but this one is beyond my expectation. I had neck pain for more than ten years and have to go to spas to get people to massage my neck, however, its expensive and can be inconvinient sometimes. So i start shopping for neck massager and this is the best i can find. Its light and has many puncture point. I now can sleep better.

I FINALLY found a neck messager that actually WORKS! For me I have to set everything up to the highest level,moisturize my neck and lay on the pillow. But when I do all that, this little machine is absolutely AMAZING! RECOMMENDED 100%! SHIVERS AND CHILLS AND HEAT! OH YES!

OK I think this is worth it. I suffer from tension headaches and neck stiffness, I love how portable this is, and it's wonderful for road trips. The heat on it is surprisingly strong, and while I wish the vibrations were stronger (it is comparable to a light setting on a STEM unit), it really does help. I decided to keep it, and I will say wearing this to bed with headphones playing some meditations on YouTube is quite magical.

I like how it has multiple levels of massage. It also feels comfortable wearing it. I wish it can be a bit bigger. I am surprised with the technology these days.

I love this massager. It works well. It's meant for the neck and shoulder area but I use it for my back as well. It offers a nice kneading massage, with 3 different modes. Intensity is determined by how much pressure you put while pulling down on the sleeves. My only negative would be that it doesn't have an internal battery, but it was never advertised as such so I'm not taking a star away for that. Included is an AC adapter and car lighter plug, so you will necessarily be tethered to an outlet if you want to use it, but if that's okay with you, then it's a great bargain for what I paid for it.

I am absolutely in love with this thing. I suffered a Cervical nerve injury they cause extreme pain, numbness and tingling on my left side. Nothing really has helped but using this daily with the built-in heat pad has made the healing process so much more manageable. Soon as I get up in the morning I would lay in bed for 2hrs before I could actually manage to get out of bed. With this I do two 15min cycles and I can get up without excruciating pain. Life savor for me

I am not one to take time to write a review, but this massager is a perfect size and the perfect amount of kneading. I absolutely love it. If you are considering whether or not to buy stop searching and just get it. You'll love it. & it's cordless. I have had this for over a month and have used it multiple times so far without charging. This thing is great! My new best friend

This works great for plantar fasciitis and tired aching feet. I wish the the battery life was longer, though you can keep it plugged in while using for longer battery life. I also used this on my neck and back and it really works to relieve aching as it massages the area very well. Thanks!

works as expected

If you or a close friend or family member has chronic neck pain, you know how awful it can be. My mom was in a terrible car accident years ago, and the only thing that eases her suffering is massage. I got this for her in the hopes that it would give her some relief, and give my dad a rest.

worth every penny!!

It is easy to use. By applying lotion and cream on your neck, it will provide better effect to your neck. It is very convinient-wise as it is easy to travel along. Definitely a MUST buy product if you have neck issue like me.
